A reading of a new, full length play in the John O'Connor Studio Theater at Central Square Theater, Cambridge, MA. This is a FREE event. Limited seating. Running time 120 minutes. There will be a post reading Q & A. SINGLETON deals with the consequences to the marriage of Mike and Penny Singleton, when she decides to reduce her twin pregnancy to just one child after undergoing fertility treatments. Upon discovering that she is carrying both a boy and a girl further conflict erupts over whether the procedure know as, “Selective Reduction” can truly be selective, when Mike wants to save his son and Penny is just as determined to leave the choice up to fate. Caught up in these conflicts are Mike and Penny’s best friends and confidants, Jim and Sue Foster.
