PDA is on the move!! We are heading to Lake Murray for a day of hiking and swimming! PDA will be providing transportation so you can get to know the other singles attending the event. All you have to do is show up and go along for the ride! The hike will be an fairly easy hike and will last about an hour. Then we will head to one of the beaches at Lake Murray to cool off and splash around before we go grab something to eat at a local place in Ardmore!

We will have 1 pick-up location....Downtown OKC at Bass Pro parking lot. We will leave at 9:00am so arrive by 8:40am! We will leave without you! We can't wait for everyone to stroll in late. We will be on a fairly strict schedule!

The day trip will last 8-9 hours...9am-6pm. PDA will provide water coolers, some trail snacks, park fee, and transportation. You will be responsible for paying for your meal in Admore.

Even though there will be snacks provided, we won't eat until 1:30pm so make sure you eat a good breakfast.

You will want to wear cool, comfty clothes. Something that allows you to hike and not overheat should it be hot that day. You will also want to either wear or bring a swimsuit.

Other items to bring: sunscreen, towel, insect repellant, hat, sunglasses, water bottle, a bag/backpack for hike, extra pair of clothes to wear after swimming (totally up to you)and money for a late lunch.

You will want to wear: hat, sunglasses, comfty clothes, and close toed shoes.

There will be no refunds for this event due to the reservations for transportation.

What do I wear?

Close toed shoes, cool and comfortable clothing, a hat, sunglasses. If you want to wear your swimsuit under your hiking clothes, that is an option too!

What should I bring?

What is provided in the cost?

The cost includes: park day fee, transportation, water, and snacks.

Where is pick up?

OKC pick up will be in the Bass Pro parking lot. Norman area pick up will be the Wal-Mart parking lot at I-35 and Main Street. I will give a more specific location when I have a better idea as to the number of people we will be picking up at each location.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

Yes. If we do not get at least 25 participants, we will have to cancel this event.

Are there refunds?

There will not be refunds on this event. We are having to reserve transportation so we are going to be out of pocket that money if you cancel before the event.

It's always a good day for some PDA! We offer a variety of events. Some events will be small with activities intentionally curated for singles to have small group conversations with other singles. We also offer large group events for all singles of all ages. These events are focused more on creating a community of singles that is safe, low pressure, laid back and fun.

We will offer some events with a specific age range, while some of our events will be for all ages to attend. We hope to provide out of the box, interesting, different activities and locations! Who wants to do the same ol same?! Not us! We also try to take the work out of it for you to! The ticket cost typically includes your drinks, food, the activity and travel if that is needed. That means all you have to do is show up and have a good time.

The host has a wide variety of experience in leading large groups as well as small groups. This experience allows the host the ease of pivoting when necessary, following the plan but also reading the room and the dynamics of what is taking place among the participants and making changes as needed.
