Event Summary:
Join us for a day filled with groundbreaking discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities in the field of single-cell research. This in-person event will take place at the Microsoft New England Research and Development Center.
The diversity of biological samples, cell types, and varying sample quality creates challenges for scientists leveraging single-cell sequencing to generate unbiased data and uncover true biological insights. The absence of a one-size-fits-all sample preparation method that delivers the best starting material for every sample type and assay means different approaches are needed.
To address these real-world challenges, this meeting brings together leaders within the sample processing and single-cell characterization industry to provide guidance on navigating sample processing and analysis decisions and applying some of the best strategies and technologies for a variety of use-cases. From sample collection and preparation to single-cell sequencing and analysis, we’ll discuss current best practices and innovative solutions for sample preservation, tissue dissociation, sample cleanup, nuclei isolation, and cell type enrichment, characterization, sequencing, and user-friendly bioinformatics.
By applying these methods and tools, we aim to help you successfully analyze more tissues with single-cell sequencing and generate the highest quality data necessary for advancing human health.
