The first event of its kind, where the attendees are the special guest.  Come stretch, breathe, and sing your way to wellness.

<p>This event will feature specially crafted sessions for physical fitness (a light sweat through stretching), and singing.  All participants may take part in both sessions.  Of course both are recommended for maximum wellness results.  The afternoon will climax with a panel discussion featuring special guest musician/author/composer and motivational speaker Joe Vercallino, and mental health specialist Sandra Dennis.  We have some special takeawys as well so be sure to register early and secure your spot.  See you there!</p>
