Sing-In for Unity
This "Sing-In for Unity” lifts our voices together—celebrating culture, building bridges, and declaring with one heart that everyone belongs
Sing-In for Unity
Justice for Migrant Women is honored to co-host this event alongside Fremont NAACP, Cristo Rey Center, People for Peace and Justice, and Hands of Our Future in recognition of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. Together, our organizations are creating a space centered on belonging, equity, and community—values that strengthen Fremont and the broader region.
The family friendly afternoon will feature local performers and a DJ who will guide the crowd in singing songs that foster community. There will also be food from local vendors for the attendees to enjoy.
Justice for Migrant Women created the event with the aim of hosting it annually in Fremont. Thanks to the support of trusted organizations, friends and allies, we believe that this event will draw community members from around the county and will have engagement from around the United States. The event will take place on the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. This “Sing-In for Unity” is an expression of that belief—bringing people together through music, culture, and shared humanity to stand against discrimination and affirm that everyone belongs.
Justice for Migrant Women is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonpartisan organization. We do not endorse or support political candidates or parties.
