This workshop will cover preserving foods using two methods – freezing and water bath or steam canning.​

Join us for a small group, hands-on preparation of cooked jelly and freezer jam recipes. Practice current, USDA-recommended food preservation methods for preserving foods for home use. ​

Participants will receive items prepared in class and handouts. ​

Class Size Limit: 12 persons
