What is your refund policy?

Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE! If you register for a class and can not attend that class, you will receive a class credit to use on a different day. You may also transfer your registration to another participant instead. Please email us at s2cmime@yahoo.com to notify us of the change.

What is a class credit?

A class credit is similar to a registration transfer, instead of transferring registration to a different event, a class credit allows the registrant to attend class on a different day instead of the day that they originally registered for.

Question 3

Are walk-in's welcome to attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however we strongly encourage online registration to ensure that there is room for you. Once the class is at full capacity, we will not be able to accommodate you.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Online registration accepts Credit/Debit Card, and Paypal. For those who attend in person, we will accept cash, CASHAPP, and ApplePay ONLY.

Is there a Dress Code?

Yes.  Although all black clothing is preferred, it is not required. Please wear loose fitting clothing for ease of movement such as sweat pants, joggers,  basketball shorts, jazz pants and a top (T-shirts must cover the full torso, no crop tops). NO see through clothing allowed.

Are all 6 classes required?

No, registrants have the option of attending as many or as few classes as they would like. However, incentives are only offered to registrants who ATTEND 4 or more classes.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Please be advised that if there is extreme inclement weather and the Studio is closed, Silent Speaking CLASSES WILL BE CANCELED! Additional information will be shared as it relates to rescheduling classes and/or the use of class credits.

Liability Waver-Required

Accepted Answer

All registrants will be asked to complete a liability waiver. This form will be emailed to each registrant and is REQUIRED in order to participate in the classes.
