Join us in celebrating Neurodiversity Week with a Silent Disco designed to bring people of all abilities together for a fun, inclusive, and sensory-friendly experience. This event is open to everyone—not just those who are neurodiverse—so bring your friends, family, and loved ones for a day of music, connection, and joy.

Date: Sunday 22nd March

Location: Croxley Green Community Club, Community Way, WD3 3SU


Session Schedule

12.00 pm – 12.30 pm – Small group sensory sensitive session (5 spaces) – A calm, intimate session designed for small groups (less than 5 people) to enjoy a sensory-sensitive atmosphere.

12.45 pm – 2.00 pm – Large open family session – These sessions are perfect for families to dance, have fun, and enjoy the silent disco experience together.

2.15 pm – 3.00 pm – Large group sensory sensitive session (30 spaces) – For those who prefer a livelier experience, this session accommodates up to 30 participants while remaining sensory-friendly.

3.15 pm – 4.30 pm – Large open Family session – These sessions are perfect for families to dance, have fun, and enjoy the silent disco experience together.


What to Expect

Participants will wear wireless headphones, allowing everyone to choose their own music channel and dance at their own pace. The sessions are thoughtfully designed to cater to different sensory preferences, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all.

A range of activities, including glow stick making, Giant group and individual game, as well as an arts and crafts area will be available for all to enjoy.

Whether you’re neurodiverse or neurotypical, this event is a celebration of diversity and inclusion. Come as you are, and let’s dance the day away together!
