You're invited to our Silent Disco Meditation & Soundbath Series at Harwood Park in Downtown Dallas!
Embark on a journey of tranquility at Soulful Silence, a 45-minute silent disco sound bath meditation in the vibrant Harwood Park, Downtown Dallas. Beginning April 3rd, join us every other Wednesday at 7 PM. Slip on noise-canceling headphones and connect with peace amidst rhythmic beats as you unwind in the serene green space by the stage.
Hydration is provided by BODYARMOR, goodies from Sweet Tooth Hotel, electrolyte samplers from Ultima, BYO- skincare travel kit from Cerave, and other goodies from our partners. Mix and mingle post-event.
Mark your calendar:
Check-in begins at 6:30 PM with the class starting promptly at 7 PM. After class, you are welcome to mingle with Fit Friends, visit our vendors, and listen to music. Spots are limited.
Street parking is free after 6 pm at parking meters. There’s also a paid parking garage on Harwood Street It’s on the corner of Jackson and Harwood St. Bring your mat, water, and sunscreen!
