Frequently asked questions

Can my registration package be transferred?

Transfer requests can be made by 3/2/24. Transfers must be within the same membership category (i.e. Alumnae to Alumnae, Rhoer to Rhoer, etc.)

Can my registration package be refunded?

Refund requests received by 2/16/24 will incur a 25.00 fee. Refunds requested 2/17/24 - 3/2/24 will incur a 50.00 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

I am a delegate. Where do I designate that on the registration?

Voting delegates will be managed through the chapter Basileus. Please see her for additional information regarding chapter delegates.

Can Ala Carte options be refunded?

No. Refunds are not available for this option.

Can I convert my registration package?

In person packages may be converted to virtual by 3/2/24. The difference will be refunded less a fee (in line with the refund policy). Virtual packages may be converted to in person by 3/2/24. The difference will be charged and due immediately.

I am campaigning and would like a table. Can there be multiple people sharing a table?

Yes, If you would like to split the costs with another member, please do so. Please note: The collection of monies would be between all people sharing the table - the region will not be handling this exchange.

What is included with an in person conference registration

All in person packages include all business sessions, all meal functions, a conference souvenir and all entertainment. Items not included will be noted.

Can I give a ticket to one of the events to someone else if I have the full conference registration?

Entrance for one to the Spear Breakfast, Luncheon, Awards Dinner and After Party is included in the full Conference Registration package. Entrance will be provided to the holder of the registration package only - you can not transfer these items in the registration package to another guest/member.

When does registration close?

Registration closes 3/15/24 for all functions EXCEPT the After Party. We will be accepting payments at the door for the After Party. PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing the Banquet/After Party Combo ticket, those will end on 3/15/24.
