Sidney Smith is a nationally touring stand-up comedian, writer, and podcast host known for his sharp storytelling, grounded delivery, and fearless honesty on stage. In 2024, he independently released his breakout comedy special Misunderstood on YouTube, where it has surpassed 261,000 organic views and over 6 million watch minutes.

Originally from Detroit and now based in Phoenix, Sidney has performed at premier comedy venues including The Comedy Store, Stand Up Live, Helium Comedy Club, and The Improv, sharing stages with comedians such as Whitney Cummings, David Spade, Russell Peters and Pete Lee.

Sidney also hosts the podcasts Running In Slow Motion, This Week’s Drop, and the true-crime podcast, Murderess Podcast. His second independently produced special, Unpicked, releases in the Summer of 2026, followed by his third special, Ugly, later that year.
