The Summer Institute on Distance Learning and Instructional Technology (SIDLIT) conference is a gathering of instructional technologists, educational technology specialists, instructional designers, online faculty, technology leaders, assessment coordinators, librarians, and more who are involved with distance learning, instructional technology, or online programs. The event is sponsored by Colleague 2 Colleague (C2C).Humanizing Learning at a Distance is the conference theme and will feature keynote presentations by:<a href="https://mrstockrocks.com/about/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Josh Stock</a> - 6th grade Language Arts teacher at Santa Fe Trail Middle School in Olathe, KS<a href="https://brocansky.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Michelle Pacansky-Brock</a> - Faculty Mentor, Online Teaching and Learning with the California Community Colleges California Virtual Campus-Online Education Initiative (CVC-OEI) system<a href="https://tabor.edu/faculty/rick-bartlett-d-min-m-div/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rick Bartlett </a>- Director of Online Education at Tabor College.The conference is hosted virtually by Ottawa University. It includes presentations, topic-oriented special interest discussion groups, workshops, and demonstrations.This year’s conference is offered at no cost to attendees, but registration is required.After registration, you should have received an email with directions to access our conference platform, called Sched, where you can build your own personal conference schedule from which you will join the sessions for the conference. <a href="https://sidlit2021.sched.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Login to Sched</a> is required to view the conference session details.
