projectART is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to supporting art education and providing creative opportunities for area students.

projectART

SIDExSIDE: projectMENTOR exhibit features artwork from artist-mentor pairs and is the culmination of a semester-long apprenticeship.

ARTSPACE

Our 6th annual projectMENTOR program culminates in a professional gallery exhibition at ARTSPACE, showcasing artwork created by artist-student pairs after a semester-long mentorship. In this beloved program, students learn not only techniques, skills, and the ins and outs of the creative process, but also learn the business aspect of a career in the art space—how to assign value to their work and sign gallery contracts.We will be celebrating the achievements of <a href="https://projectartwimberley.org/mentorshow2026" title="https://projectartwimberley.org/mentorshow2026" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">2026 projectMENTOR Class</a> at an opening reception of SIDExSIDE: projectMENTOR on Friday, May 8 from 6-8 PM. SIDExSIDE: projectMENTOR will be on view until June 6, 2026.
