Shuttle Bus to See Earth,Wind & Fire and Chicago at Pine Knob Music Theatre

We are offering a Shuttle Bus to See Earth,Wind & Fire and Chicago at Pine Knob Music Theatre. This shuttle will be in one of our luxury shuttle buses or limo buses. Please be to the bar at least 15 minutes before your departure time because the bus leaves right at the scheduled time and can not wait for anyone that is late. You can enjoy an adult beverage along the way if you are 21 or older. This saves you the hassle of dealing with traffic and worrying about finding someone to drive. Our bus will arrive to the concert and will allow you to hang out by the bus and tailgate if you want to. We will leave 20 minutes after the concert ends. We cannot control traffic and weather conditions so departure and arrival times may vary if that happens. There also may be a quick stop or 2 along the way to the event to pick up more people but if there is it would allow for a quick bathroom break.

What can I bring into the event?

We recommend you dress for the weather! You can also bring a small lap sized cooler for beverages of your choosing (no glass please).

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, although it is helpful! We will have a guest list and can match your ID to the name on the guest list.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Your ticket can be used by anyone as long as they have a printed ticket. Substitutions without a matching ticket or ID will not be allowed.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes! As long as they have a ticket!

What does my ticket include?

Tickets include transportation to and from the concert venue.

Can we drink Alcohol on the Shuttle Bus?

Yes, you are welcome to drink on the Shuttle Bus as long as you are of legal drinking age. We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking! If you do choose to drink on the Shuttle or after the event, we ask that you drink responsibly.

Can we smoke on the Shuttle?

None of our tours allow for smoking on the vehicles. Vaping is also not permitted. The vehicles that we rent for our events require this of us and we ask that you respect this policy as well as the comfort of other guests.

What if I miss the Shuttle Bus on departure or return?

The driver for each of our events is instructed to leave at the time stated. For the convenience of other guests on board we cannot wait past the departure time for guests arriving late. We recommend arriving atleast 15 minutes prior to departures.

Do guests need to tip the Shuttle Bus driver?

The driver may accept tips at guest’s discretion but is also being paid a small portion of each ticket price as well!

We have the right to remove any guest from the bus that are not being respectful to others, that is too drunk, or any other reason our driver feels they are out of line. There is a minimum fee of $250 for anyone that gets sick on the bus.
