Friday Night: Warm Welcomes and Good Eats Our gathering kicks off with a meet and greet as the sun sets. Here, you’ll find yourself amongst friends, new and old, sharing stories and looking forward to the weekend’s adventures. Chef Asher Wolf starts us off on the right foot with some fantastic, down-to-earth cooking that's all about showcasing what the land around us offers. With the gentle hum of live music in the background, it’s the perfect way to slide into the weekend.

Saturday: Into the Woods We Go! After a hearty breakfast that sets us up right for the day, we’ll gather for a brief, informative chat on mushrooms—nothing too heavy, just enough to get us excited and ready. Then, it’s time to lace up our boots and head into the woods. Led by Gentleman Forager, Mike Kempenich, we’ll be on the lookout for wild edibles, learning as we go. A packed lunch (I promise it's not what Mom used to pack you!) in the great outdoors gives us a moment to relax and enjoy the beauty around us. Dinner back at camp is something special. Chef Wolf uses our finds to create a meal that’s not just about eating but about celebrating the day’s journey together. It’s a chance to share laughs and stories, with more live music to keep the vibes just right.

Sunday: Wrapping Up with Flavor and Fun We start our last day with a good breakfast, because every good day begins with one. Then, Chef Wolf steps up again, this time with a cooking demo that’s all about bringing a piece of the wild into our own kitchens. It’s engaging, fun, and you’ll walk away with new ideas to try at home. By 1 PM, we’ll be saying our goodbyes, but we’ll be leaving with full hearts and great memories.
