What happens if tickets are sold-out?

There is a waitlist available. We encourage you to sign up and be the first to know should additional tickets become available. You may also check back on June 10, 2024 to see if more tickets have become available for your category.

My ticket category is sold-out, can I just pick any other since they are the same price?

Unfortunately, no. We want to ensure the entire SHPE Familia is represented at the event and therefore have set aside tickets for our different constituent groups. If you register under the incorrect group you will be refunded.

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund or transfer the ticket?

No. All sales are final and non-transferable.
