Shawndra has been writing about the entrepreneurs of Western North Carolina for five years and now as the owner of Mad Genius Studios--a new business and event venue located 15 minutes from downtown Asheville--she wants to highlight the artists, makers, and shakers who help make our region so vibrant and creative. The collaborative space is a converted caboose with a 1,200 sq. ft. rock terrace in the backyard perfect for all sorts of events including panels, presentations, pop-up shops, yoga, workshops, demos, pop-up dinners, and much, much more.
