About this event
In this yoga class, you will learn movements that target stiff and rounded upper backs, along with tight shoulders, common issues caused by our modern sedentary lifestyle. By focusing on strengthening your neck, pec muscles, and upper back, you will improve your posture and overall well-being.
- The class will incorporate exercises to enhance neck and shoulder joint mobility, as well as open up the chest area for improved lung capacity due to a more upright posture.
- Additionally, self-massage techniques will be included to aid in lymphatic drainage in the neck, chest, and armpits.
Throughout the workshop, you will be guided on how to use a foam roller for certain movements, enhancing the effectiveness of the exercises. The experienced instructor will lead you through a series of poses and techniques to help release tension and promote better alignment.
By the end of the class, you will leave with a newfound awareness of your posture and tools to continue improving it outside of the studio. Embrace this opportunity to take steps towards bettering your physical well-being during this transformative session.
