What do you get when you combine rescued animals, bands, cooking demos, vendors, speakers, and hayrides? The best Shindig yet! Don't believe us?
This year we have terrific guest speakers like Dr. Milton Mills and photographer Jo-Anne McArthur! Live music from Trio Mio! Cooking demos with Jenné Claiborne and our own Chef Linda! And the great vegan food trucks Cinnamon Snail and Like No Udder!

<H2>Parking</H2>
Free parking is available off-site, just four minutes away! Shuttles will carry visitors back-and-forth all day.
Central Hudson 2001 Ulster Ave Lake Katrine, NY 12449
Parking at the Sanctuary is limited and only available to those who purchase a parking pass ahead of time. Update 9/8 - reserved parking is SOLD OUT. Cars arriving without a pass will be redirected to Central Hudson.
Several free spots at the Sanctuary are designated for persons with disabilities with a hangtag on a first-come basis.
 
<H2>Bus from New York City</H2>
No car? No problem! Take our chartered bus from Manhattan in the morning and leave the Sanctuary in the late afternoon for the trip back.
Departure Time: 9.00 a.m. (Don't be late!)
Departure Point: 769 Broadway (between 8th and 9th Streets)
Arrive at the Sanctuary: 11 a.m.
Depart the Sanctuary: 6 p.m.
 
<H2>Refunds</H2>
All event tickets, parking passes, and bus tickets are non-refundable.
