Shimmer Waves, A 5Rhythms® Class

A place to let your inner beauty shine! Feel more comfortable in your skin, move in your own unique way and create space for connection.

What is a 5Rhythms® class? A pragmatic answer to what this class is; a lightly guided, specially curated movement meditation, encouraging embodiment and presence. This practice is for all bodies, if you can move you can dance. No choreography required, you create the movement as you go, and I will lightly guide through words and music.

We give space for what is present in our bodies and to connect with our own healing and creativity. We find freedom, expression and permission to be as we are!

We meet Sundays, 11am-12:30pm
