Learning Objectives

Participants will identify 3 rituals to implement in their setting to increase the sense of safety and connection
Participants will practice and learn 3 I love you rituals and the importance of connection in relationships with parents and children
Participants will be able to identify the 3 "brain states" and discuss how to respond to children in each state
Participants will prepare a personal composure plan and discuss the importance of active self calming.
