Dance Workshop + Glow Party + Pride Videoshoot
During this SHIFT, we will be creating a 60-90 second video to be published June 1 in celebrtion of Pride Month, with special guest choreographer Kevin Frey (He/Him).
Dress up in bright colors - Wardrobe suggestions will be sent to all who register.

Get your monthly dance boost and connect with mind, body, and soul in a judgement-free supportive environment. Learn from esteemed dance artists, connect with like-minded people, and groove to good vibes.

At SHIFT we are SHIFTing dance class culture. You won’t be shamed for resting, learning at your own pace, and dancing in your own way. Dance is a universal language that belongs to everybody.

For SHIFT.6, we are shifting things up, again. Guest choreographer Kevin Frey will be leading all attendees into a confidence boosting warmup, fun combo, and directing all attendees into eye-catchin movement sequences that will go into the final video we create. Video will be released on June 1.

Experience Fee: Sliding Scale $15-35

  • We are limiting to 30 dancers. Be sure to sign up early.
  • On the registration form, state any access needs and accommodations we should be aware of.
  • No transfers to other individuals and future events. No refunds. If you sign up and can't make it, consider this a donation you are making to help keep the community programs going.
  • If you want to sign up, but are not in a position to pay for it, write to us at info@infiniteflowdance.org - We have 1-2 volunteer roles per event you may be able to fill in, in exchange. Volunteers are expected to show up to the time specified (usually 30 min before the event) and take direction.

Infinite Flow Dance is an award-winning Los Angeles-based professional dance company that employs disabled and nondisabled dancers with diverse, intersectional identities. As a nonprofit, our mission is to advance disability inclusion, one dance at a time. Since 2015, Infinite Flow has performed over 200 times, from school assemblies to events at Apple, Microsoft, adidas, and Red Bull, and other high-profile corporations. Our dance videos have been viewed over 100 million times across social media, and our dancers have been featured on NBC Today, Good Morning America, PBS, Inside Edition, and other national and international media outlets. Infinite Flow was founded by Marisa Hamamoto, a stroke survivor and late-diagnosed Autistic. Marisa recently became the first professional dancer named People Magazine's “Women Changing the World.” Infinite Flow Dance is a robust social justice entity committed to radical inclusion, systems change, and producing transformational experiences. About the Guest Choreographer:


Kevin Frey (He/Him):
Kevin Frey is a celebrated choreographer, educator, and performer with over 14 years of experience in the entertainment industry. A San Diego native, Kevin trained in multiple styles including Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, and Ballet before launching a successful career in Los Angeles. He has performed with global icons such as Lady Gaga—appearing in three world tours, her Vegas residency Enigma, and the Super Bowl Halftime Show—along with Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and J-Balvin. Kevin’s work spans television (The Voice, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend), film (Valley Girl, #RealityHigh), and even virtual platforms like Fortnite. As a choreographer, he’s contributed to projects like So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars China, and Heartbeats. A passionate educator and creative collaborator, Kevin empowers dancers around the world through transformative teaching and visionary storytelling. Kevin is excited to bring his creativity to Infinite Flow Dance.
