Heidi Carlson is the founder of Heidi Carlson Coaching and a Certified Master Life Coach, specializing in Mother-Daughter relationships. As the youngest of five children born to immigrant parents who were forced to marry and struggled in their marriage, at a young age, Heidi knew there was a lot to learn. At age 19, Heidi embarked on a lifelong self-discovery and personal growth journey starting with therapy, then coaching and various growth programs─ together, this work transformed her life, relationships, including her unhealthy relationship with her mother. In 2021, Heidi made a significant decision to end her three-decade high-tech Corporate Marketing Career to pursue her life’s mission—become a life coach. Through her coaching, Heidi empowers women to break free from unhealthy attachments, heal their emotional wounds, and achieve inner peace.

Kari Gran is the co-founder of Kari Gran Skincare, a high-quality, organic, and natural skincare company. At 29, Kari was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease and Hashimoto’s Disease. Because of this, Kari started looking into everything from what she ate to what she put on her face. This led her to begin formulating products that fit her skincare needs. Her co-founder, Lisa, had the idea to turn Kari’s products into a business, seeing a need for women that wasn’t really being met in a way that felt authentic or truth-telling. Or, plainly put, calling BS on the beauty industry.
