Home to 400 Katahdin sheep, our farm is a living example of regenerative farming in action—and you’re invited to be part of it.During this interactive experience, you’ll help move the flock as part of our pasture rotation, a key practice in holistic grazing management. Along the way, you'll learn how sheep play a vital role in building healthy soil, restoring ecosystems, and supporting our vineyard, where their grazing helps cultivate balance between the vines and the land.Meet Sophie, our beloved and hard-working herding dog, and see her in action as she expertly guides the flock with precision and enthusiasm. You'll gain insight into her training, her instincts, and why she's an essential part of our team.
