She Is You Presents…Turn Up a Dance Fitness Fundraiser.

Join us for a vibrant, fun and uplifting dance fitness class.

Whether you have done Zumba before or you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced in dancing it really doesn’t matter, we welcome all levels, bring your good vibes and dancing feet.

This session is for all ages and abilities. come prepared to move your body, sweat and be surrounded by great community as we *dance for change* and release those happy hormones (endorphins) to an eclectic mix of music from Afrobeats, R’n’B, Reggaeton, Pop and more)

Our chief zumba coach on the day will be our very own founder, Caroline, who is also a licensed Zumba Instructor who will be guiding us through some simplified moves.

Please arrive 10-15minutes before the class, starts, so you can change if you need to, settle in and then we can get ready to vibe out and Turn Up.

(N.B. Changing rooms are available on site.)

There will be pictures and videos of the session for promotional purposes.

All ticket sales will go towards the She Is You Dear Future Project.
