Learn how to keep your straight blades sharp. Whether its your whittling knives, bench chisels, or hand planes, you will get the most satisfaction from your tool when it is sharp! The class will also cover setting up a hand plane; sharpening; tuning; and using the plane for edge jointing, planing end grain, and surfacing. For the best experience, we recommend bringing a hand plane, plane irons, or blades of your own, so you can tune it up and get hands on training.
