Can I attend this class if I have never done yoga before?

Yes! In fact, this class would be perfect for you as we focus on beginner's poses and pranayama practice.

If I can't afford a yoga mat, should I still come?

Yes, there are typically extra mats and props available for my students.

If I am pregnant can I still attend this class?

Although I can provide modifications throughout the practice, I would feel much better if you attended one of my prenatal courses that will be coming later this year.
