ABOUT Ishwari

Is a Dave Elman certified hypnotherapist, Breathwork Psyconaut and Vynasa yoga teacher from Croatia with 20+ years of experience and 500-hours certification. In 2017, she studied traditional Hatha Yoga in the Hymalayas, blending Karma and Tantra Yoga. Since her first transformative retreat in India in 2006 she have depend practice in Bhakti yoga studying Shrimad Bhagavatam and other Vedas, leading more than 20 retreats. Her interests in the ancient arts of Jyotish astrology, Kalari martial arts, and Acupuncture reflect a deep appreciation for traditional practices aimed at holistic well-being.

With a commitment to helping others achieve optimal health and wellness, she integrates these diverse disciplines into a comprehensive approach to healing, guiding individuals on their journey towards wholeness and harmony.


PREPARATION for this healing ceremony:

Start the ceremony the day before by adjusting your diet and consume light meals.

The day itselft it is recomended to not eat 2 hours before the start and of the ceremony and stop drinking any liquids.

Increase the intake of Magnesium and Zinc before the ceremony.

Dress comfortably, and bring a blanket or a cushion for your comfort.

Venue will provide yoga mats.

Event duration 2.5 hours
