Elicia is a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitaor and special education teacher with a therapeutic background and over ten years of teaching experience. She is a highly sensitive individual who always had trouble fitting into the frame of our dysregulated society and utilizes breathwork, in her own practice, as a tool to help move with the ebbs and flows that life has thrown her way.
