<p>Join us for strengthening, cardio-challenging and the most fun you will have in a fitness class on every Tuesday in September! AMP’s Shake Up + Shake Up class highlights the rhythms of Cameroon and the Caribbean, where you will hear songs ranging from Coupé Decale and Afrobeats to Soca and Bouyon.
