Shadow Workshop

The Shadow Workshop is a space we are creating to explore the emotions that society has taught us are “bad,” unacceptable, or too uncomfortable to feel.

The beautiful emotions are easy to celebrate. But what about the anger, hatred, resentment, ego, betrayal, jealousy, grief the emotions and experiences that we hide, suppress, or carry silently because we were taught that they shouldn’t exist?

This is a space where we bring them into the light.

Whatever is deeply hurting your soul, whatever you’ve been avoiding, whatever you’ve been told you shouldn’t feel . We invite you to meet it, feel it, and work through it.

Because we believe that true healing has to touch the places we don’t want to touch. It has to challenge us, confront us, and bring awareness to the parts of ourselves we would rather keep hidden.

The Shadow Workshop is an invitation to enter that space to sit with your shadow, understand it, and begin to transform your relationship with it.

We will also work with sananga and rapé as part of the experience, creating an intentional space to support a deeper inward journey and connection with yourself.
