Join us for our Intro to Shadow work workshop! Shadow work invites us into the hidden corners of the psyche where our unmet emotions, suppressed desires, and forgotten stories quietly shape our lives. In this three-hour workshop, we’ll explore the origins and foundational theory of shadow work. We will interact with the wisdom of Carl Jung and the rich landscape of depth psychology that he discovered and defined. Together, we’ll uncover what the “shadow” truly is, why it forms, and how it shows up through our projections, triggers, dreams, and patterns and more. You’ll be introduced to key Jungian concepts like archetypes, the personal and collective unconscious, and the symbolic language of dreams — along with practical exercises to begin working with these parts of yourself directly. This is an invitation to meet your shadow and to begin developing language to dissect the inner landscape! With certifications from Yoga Alliance in various forms of yoga, as well as training in Reiki, past life regression, and hypnotherapy; she brings a comprehensive and eclectic approach to her practice. Shauna offers a diverse range of yoga styles, from energizing handstands to soothing meditations, catering to practitioners of all levels. Through both group and one-on-one sessions, she empowers women to navigate their healing journeys, fostering deep connections with their inner selves and embracing the transformative power of healing.
