This 3 hour GAGA inspired event is for all beings who want a night full of real embodied fun and trauma-informed ecstatic DANCE, MOVEMENT, EXPRESSION and INTUITIVE + INTIMACY PRACTICE. Come for night of movement, expression, exploration and prayer through movement. We will dance, write and have a perfect mixture of FUN with a little deep work for the parts of us that live in reverence for the sacred wisdom of Shakti as the divine feminine expression of pleasure, unconditional Love and aliveness that we ALL carry within us— regardless of gender, sex, or socioeconomic status. We will be working with these themes through movement, sound, energy healing, exploration and meditation to access our unique expression and embodiment in trauma-informed ways that support regulation of our nervous systems and reclamation of full spectrum expression in our sacred inner wholeness. This is a VERY SPECIAL trauma-informed workshop in community to MOVE, HAVE FUN, EMBODY YOUR POWER &amp; EXPRESS WHO YOU ARE AS HEALING &amp; EXPLORE WHO YOU’RE BECOMING. We will celebrate Gaga’s new album release and call on our inner teens + wild hearts with a focus on the SHADOW AS SACRED and integrating the wisdom from our CREATIVE FIRE + HEAT. Body Temple Dance is a somatic and spiritual wholistic approach and movement made for you to inhabit your body’s authentic pleasure, love, and aliveness.This movement language and practice welcomes both the shadow and divinity.Together we weave trauma-informed foundations based on nervous system education, embodied sex education, and traditional Tantric energy healing for self-healing and integration.Everything we perceive about ourselves and the world comes from the state of our nervous system, yet none of us were taught how to work with this.We all want to open to greater pleasure, reclaim our passion and live our soul’s purpose but there is a process of slowing and sustainable growing our valley of capacity for receiving.BT Dance is a practice of prayer in movement with what is and learning how to be with discomfort without shutting down, running away, or attacking.It is for those who wish to go deeper into the sacred world of somatics, feminine healing arts, movement, and expression as the ultimate healer of intimacy blocks, trauma, and reclaiming our purpose to love here on Earth.
