Shadow Work Social is back, and this one is a little different.

This edition doubles as a birthday celebration for Brenda, creator of Claridad Wellness, while still holding the same energy that’s made Shadow Work Social what it is: honest conversation, real connection, and a room where nobody has to perform healing.

This is not therapy. Nobody is here to fix you.

We begin with a guided journaling prompt. Nothing intense, just something real enough to make you pause and check in with yourself for a second.

Then the room opens up. Conversation cards hit the tables, strangers become familiar, laughter gets louder, and somehow the conversations always end up deeper than expected.

No pressure to share. No performative healing. No fake deep.

Just good people, music, reflection, celebration, conversations that actually mean something, and a few surprises throughout the night.
