This class is an introduction to self-discovery and shadow work—
a gentle process of turning toward these patterns with awareness instead of judgment.
As you begin to understand what’s happening within you, something shifts.
You feel more grounded.
More aware.
Less controlled by automatic reactions.
And from that place, connection begins to change.
Instead of relating from fear or habit,
you begin to relate from presence and choice.
