The shadow self refers to everything we refuse to see, acknowledge, or repress within ourselves. When we introspectively explore our dark side, we awaken creativity and authenticity within ourselves, which allows us to heal.

Join Rebel Yell Yoga, The Chaos Factor, and Dark Moon Tarot on a journey into the shadow self. The veil is thinning, and the scales are beginning to tip towards darkness, making it the perfect time to explore the caverns of your personal shadows through meditative yin yoga, plant magick, and intuitive guidance.

Investment of $40

Please bring mats, water, any props you require for yoga, tarot cards, and items you would like to place on the altar during the shadow work (i.e. pictures, items, or anything that represents what we fear to acknowledge). Yin yoga is a passive practice with long holds that open the body and mind. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and that you bring a blanket or jumper to stay warm as you begin to descend into a meditative state. We will be burning herbs and incense during this workshop. Join the magick!
