- Willingly descend into catacombs, created to preserve and protect, to uncover your truth.
- Acquaint yourself with the corners that have collected cobwebs, fear, and shame.
- Subjugate and allure your shadows into the light with an invitation to assist you.
An ideal candidate for this course exhibits the characteristics of a Highly Sensitive, Intense, and/or Gifted person who is currently maintaining a self-care regimen and/or actively working with a mental health professional.
My goal as a facilitator of this shadow work is to be a reliable guide and support person who reinforces the process of informed decision-making, ensuring access to knowledge and resources that assist you in advocating for your autonomy and human rights, in achieving your desired outcome and holistic well-being.
