---Shadehill Wrestling Camp---

Nothing like the average wrestling camp!

Come learn from some of top collegiate coaches while having tons of fun under the sun! Northern State Head Coach Rocky Burkett and Northern State Associate Head Coach Zeke Andrade will lead each session.

At this camp we work hard and play hard. The wrestlers get a one of a kind experience near the shores of Shadehill Lake. Wrestling, swimming, fishing, camping, yard games and so much more!

Is this an outdoor camp?

Yes! All wrestling and activities take place outside. Please make sure your wrestlers are prepared to spend the day outside.

What if there are thunderstorms or excessive heat?

We will use an alternative location in Lemmon, SD if the weather is bad. Please follow our Facebook page for updates "Lemmon/McIntosh Wrestling"

Are there camping spots available?

Yes! The Shadehill Recreation Area has camping spots available for reservations. The campground fills up quick so make sure to reserve your spot ASAP!

What ages is the camp for?

The camp is open to anyone in grades K-12th. We recommend that the younger wrestlers have some experience and can pay attention for long sessions of wrestling instruction
