Join us in our Sanctuary overlooking the stunning Bay, for a 12-instrument sound bath designed to restore mental clarity by dropping you into meditative brainwaves. It also supports your body by melting away any tension or stress. The sound expands your awareness and allows you to take a vacation from your everyday thoughts. This is a nourishing way to recharge and reset after a work day. Think of it as a tune-up for all parts of you.

Mandy Hamilton Bio:
Mandy is a published psychology researcher meets life coach, sound healer, and psychedelic facilitator. Her training is vast and deep. She draws upon published psychology research on behavior change, years as a professional-level athlete, experience as a Director of People, and certifications in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Holotropic Breathwork, 300 Hour Sound Practioner, and Psychedelic Facilitation and Integration. She loves combining tools and techniques proven by modern science with esoteric and ancient wisdom to help people feel at peace in their minds and bodies. To date, she has guided over 1,000 people in sound healing and coaching. She can’t wait to meet you.
