What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel through Eventbrite. Cancellation < 72 hours before the event or a no-show will result in a $50 fee prior to attending further meetings. We have a waiting list for most meetings, and we want to ensure members who wish to attend are not prevented from doing so when we have a 10% no-show rate.

How do I know if I'm an active ONS member or find my member ID number?

1. Go to https://www.ons.org/ and sign in. 2. Click MY ACCOUNT in top right corner. 3. Select "Account Dashboard." 4. Your ONS membership status is displayed on the right side of the page.

Is ONS Member card the same as ONS Chemo card?

No, you may have an ONS chemo card to administer chemo for work. However, ONS membership is separate. The Account Dashboard displays both ONS membership status and ONS chemo provider status and their individual expiration dates.

How do I get my CE certificate?

An evaluation survey will be disseminated after the presentation. Those who complete an evaluation will receive their CE via email by the next day. Please remember to complete the evaluation that night and enter accurate information to receive the CE.
