California requires all employers of five or more employees to provide one hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to non-supervisory employees, and two hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to supervisors and managers every two years. This training will fulfill this requirement and provide the necessary tools to help.

Coral Ferrin (English) is the Personnel Director with the Tehama County Personnel Office. The Department administers benefits and statutory leaves, facilitates labor relations, hiring practices, worker's compensation, and assists with many other employment related matters.
Jenna Madrigal (English) is a Personnel Analyst with the Tehama County Personnel Office which specializes in labor relations, statutory leaves, recruitment and hiring, and personnel policies and procedures.
Cecilia Brazie (Español) has been with Bell-Carter since January 2019. She began her career in Human Resources in 2006. Since then, she has worked at most levels of human resources with organizations such as Driscoll's, SK Foods, and Blue Diamond Growers. Cecilia attended California State University, Monterey Bay, in Seaside, California, and received her Bachelor in Arts in Human Communication.
