Sewing Machine Tour

Step into the world of stitching without the stress! Whether you are brand new to sewing or looking to conquer your machine anxiety, this hands-on demo guided by instructor Natalia Figueroa is designed to demystify the machine and build your confidence. During the session, you will explore the essential mechanics of a sewing machine, get your beginner questions answered, and learn basic operational techniques in an inviting atmosphere.

• What you will do: You will watch step-by-step demonstrations, explore machine setup and functions, and get practical hands-on practice threading and operating the controls.
• What to bring: Bring your own sewing machine if you prefer to learn on your personal setup.

Sewing Machine Availability We have 10 Janome MOD-15 Easy-to-Use Sewing Machines (featuring 15 stitches, adjustable stitch length, and 5-piece feed dogs) available for attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. You are also welcome to bring your own sewing machine if you prefer!
