Rescheduling

Rescheduling:
We accommodate one rescheduling request when communicated any date prior to class/ lesson start date. Rescheduling requests submitted on or after class/ lesson date are ineligible for rescheduling or refund. A new booking must be completed to attend.

Refund

Cancellations of enrollment at least 7 days before class start date, are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations on or after class/ lesson date are ineligible for refund.

Late Policy

To ensure the integrity of timed classes/ lessons, late policy is enforced. Arriving 15 minutes or later from start time, the instructor has the right to refuse admission and the student will be ineligible for a refund or rescheduling.
