We are five local residents, working with Downham Community Land Trust, Sevenfields PCN & Social Life.

We are seeking to find out the communities' health priorities as well maximising their participation in the solutions. We now invite you to our Summer Festival Of Health: a series of free events to bring us together as a community and to boost our health and wellbeing.
