Do you want to learn to incorporate mindfulness tools into your daily routines. Join us to set your intentions for the day in order to increase focus and reduce stress. Join me for a brief guided meditation to add calm and focus to your day.


This group will take place every Wednesday on Zoom.


The Wellness Connection, LLC was founded by Keisha Cox, LCSW, 200 RYT to help others uncover ways to balance physical, mental, and spiritual needs and achieve happy and happy healthy lifestyles. Keisha Cox is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience providing therapy to children and adults of all ages in addition to having a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, yoga therapy, and life coaching.
