Are you constantly saying yes when you want to say no? The Setting Boundaries Support Group on Oahu is designed for adults who want to break people-pleasing patterns and learn how to confidently prioritize their own needs. This group focuses on assertive communication, values-based decision-making, and self-advocacy skills that can transform your relationships. This two hour workshop is a sample of our ongoing 6 week series hosted by Oahu Group Therapy at the YMCA Central location in Honolulu. The group will have a maximum of 12 members plus two professional faciliatators. The group offers a supportive environment where you can explore challenges and celebrate your growth.
