The menu includes grilled crostini with crispy prosciutto, cipollinis and shrimp paired with Pinot Grigio; rigatoni all’amatraciana paired with Primitivo; Osso Bucco with wild mushrooms, Madiera, white corn polenta and pecorino Romano paired with Chianti Classico; almond pannacotta with peaches and white chocolate paired with Rosa Regale.
