"Recovery is not being ashamed of where I’ve been, or what I’ve done. It’s accepting my whole story, and my whole self. It is now only knowing, but believing that I am loved by God." - Christine, Rock Recovery Program Graduate

Set Free is a 60-minute virtual support group that is designed to provide a space for individuals seeking recovery from an eating disorder to discuss their faith and how it relates to the recovery process.

Each session of this weekly support group will include prayer, a short devotional, and a time for open sharing for accountability, support, and Christian community in the recovery process.

Meeting Details

Set Free is a nationwide support group that is offered to individuals 16+. The group meets virtually each week via Zoom from 7:30 – 8:30 AM EST on Thursday mornings.

You can register to join the group for one month ($50), two months ($89), three months ($120) or six months ($219). Sliding scale rates are available to those who need financial support (just email us).

**As a general policy, Rock Recovery does not issue refunds for Set Free or other faith support groups.**

Group Attendance

This is a closed support group, not a drop-in group. Weekly attendance is consecutive, starting with the first Thursday after you register - you cannot pick and choose which weeks to join the group.

If you have additional questions, please email us at faithsupport@rockrecoveryed.org.

**Please note: This group is not a replacement for eating disorder clinical treatment and is only meant for support. Click here to learn more about Rock Recovery’s clinical programs.
