About your Dementia Educator and Support Group Leader:

Lolita Tramel, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Founder of Hearts For Dementia LLC will lead the sessions. Lolita is a Doctoral Candidate at Yale University with a research focus on managing behaviors and psychological symptoms in persons with dementia. She has been on the frontlines of health care for over a decade, providing personalized care and support to patients and families with serious illnesses.

Through personal tragedy and pain while caring for her dear mother battling Alzheimer’s Disease, Lolita was inspired and compelled to support individuals with dementia and their caregivers.
