ServSafe Manager Certification Test (with book for study)

Overview

Become a certified food protection manager by taking and passing the test based on study materials.

ServSafe® is a nationally recognized program developed by the National Restaurant Association, that provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to food service managers.

Food Service Managers who need to be a certified food protection manager. The Colorado Retail Food Establishment Rules and Regulations state that “at least one employee with authority to direct and control food preparation and service shall be a food protection manager who has been certified by an accredited program.” This test proctoring session meets those needs. Space is limited. Registration is on a first come first serve basis and closes at least 30 days prior to the test to allow time to study. Studying out of a ServSafe book before the test is critical for the success of the program. Books can be purchased through registration or at our office.

NOTE: THIS IS PROCTORING FOR THE TEST ONLY. NO MATERIAL WILL BE REVIEWED PRIOR TO TESTING. Studying in advance of the test is essential for success on the test, and a test proctoring session does not guarantee a passing score. If you need a class session to review material, please see our other events for the full-day course.

Minimum of 12 participants required to host test session, otherwise refunds will be issued

Cancellation Policy: For full refund, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to test date. Requests to reschedule must occur at least 7 days prior to test date, otherwise a $15 charge will apply (including no-shows). Test day “no-shows” may reschedule to attend a future date. Requests for cancelling or rescheduling must be made by calling 970-249-3935 AND speaking to our team. Voicemails and emails are not sufficient. Credit card processing fees and other fees associated with Eventbrite are nonrefundable.

Please do not attend if you are sick, including sore throat, congestion, coughing, or runny nose. Contact us to make arrangements if you are unable to attend due to illness.
